Let's Work Together
Whatever your health question, your nurse can help answer it.
The program provides access to a team of experienced registered nurses. If you or a family member are facing a complex or chronic health condition, a nurse may call to offer support to you or your caregiver. The call is confidential in accordance with the law, and it's offered at no cost to you as part of your Synopsys benefits plan.
- If you plan to be hospitalized in the near future, a nurse may call you to discuss your upcoming procedure and give you information about what to expect when you go to the hospital. Following your hospitalization, the same nurse will follow up with you to support you during your recovery.
- If you suffered injuries from an accident or were diagnosed with a complex condition such as cancer or chronic kidney disease, a nurse may call you to discuss your needs and provide support to help you receive the care you need.
- If you're managing a chronic condition such as diabetes, asthma or coronary artery disease, our nurse team may contact you to help identify recommendations that supplement or support your care.
- If you're expecting a new baby, a nurse may reach out to you with information on managing your maternity experience.
We understand the importance of relationships in health care. That's why each time you or someone in your family needs support, you will have the same nurse — or a "nurse in the family." If your nurse is not available, other nurses can help you too.
A nurse may call you, or you can call NurseLine at 1-866-351-6804 and ask to be connected to a nurse to help you better manage your health. We can help you:
- Understand and manage medications
- Learn about treatment options for you or a family member
- Answer questions about claims
- Find the right care, including a primary doctor or specialist
